Return Policy
Convenient exchanges & returns for 7 days
For your convenience, Sokulunga offers to exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of invoice with a cancellation fee of 20% on all standard products.
To return an unwanted item which is not defective, the product must be:
- Returned within 7 days of the invoiced date
- Undamaged and unused, (note: boxes may not be returned folded) and in saleable condition.
- In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition
- Accompanied by a copy of the invoice
Once we have received your returned product and it has been checked by our Goods Receiving team, a refund with a 20% cancellation fee will be made (This applies to goods that are still in the warehouse or already dispatched to the customer).
Please note:
Transport charges for returns (with the exception of faulty goods) are at the customer’s expense.
No return of an unwanted item after 7 days of the invoiced date will be accepted.
Unwanted items for special events like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day etc. may not be returned after the event.
Items which may not be returned for a refund:
- Branded/Customised Products
To Return a defective item, the product must be :
- Returned within 30 days of the invoiced date
- Accompanied by a copy of the invoice
Once we have received your defective product and our Goods Receiving team has confirmed that the product is faulty, a replacement or refund of the price paid will be made within 21 working days.
